“We had three pieces of expensive leather furniture scratched and clawed at by cats. Both my wife and I were fairly sure we were going to have to either put up with the scratches or pay a huge amount of money to have them re-upholstered. While looking for a company to fix this mess we stumbled upon Fibrenew. We read all the information that they supply on their site and decided to contact them to give us a quote. Shortly after we contacted our local Fibrenew franchise, we received a message back asking if we could send them some closeup pictures of the damages. We did so and they got back to us once again stating that they could definitely fix it and attached a price quote. We set up a time and date and the Technician was on time and the job completed within the quoted price. He did an excellent job, he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his craft.
